Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring,

That the issue of how dioceses and the Church can better invest in the career development of women and racial/ethnic minority clergy be assigned to an appropriate interim body for study and consideration, with an analysis and recommendations to be reported back to the 80th General Convention.
