That the 79th General Convention function through the following activities:

Formal legislative sessions of the two Houses;

Joint sessions for Mission and Evangelism conversation and presentation of proposed budget

Meetings of the legislative committees of the two Houses; and

Open Hearings to be conducted, as needed, by all legislative committees; and be it further
