Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring,

That a Task Force or similar body be formed all interim bodies of General Convention and institutions of the Church be urged to develop a scheduling system for committees, commissions and boards (CCAB) to be more inclusive of individuals, primarily laity, who are in school or employed in positions where time off from work is limited or costly, people with travel/geographic constraints, and for families who face childcare challenges.
